Spring is an incredibly busy time of year for us. There is my daughter’s birthday and then Easter – just to name a few – plus, spring weather means lots of great time spent getting outdoors! I also work in a greenhouse while the kids are in school, and of course spring is by far the busiest season, meaning I have to stay on top of our busy schedule.
Once I plan my daughter’s birthday, I know I have conquered a lot of what needs to get done. Then I rush to plan for Easter, so keep everything in order I use Evite for invitations. Even our school teachers use Evite to keep track of parent-teacher conference sign-ups, so you know if they use it, it is a good tool!
Easter is such a fun time of year, but after all the birthday planning, it is a rush to get everything together. Evite makes it easy — the hardest part is picking out which invite I want to use! They have so many cute designs, and I can even choose one for the Easter Egg Hunt and then another one for an Easter meal later in the day.

The kids really love Easter. We usually start off our weekend with some egg dyeing and doing Easter crafts, from cute projects to creating place card settings for Easter dinner.
Easter day is most exciting when the kids go on their egg hunt and open their Easter baskets!
Once the excitement of the egg hunt and getting their baskets is over, they love sorting through their goodies! We do a few candies but the kids love their other treats just as much – books, toys, crafts, coins, gardening supplies.
I love the excitement for the holidays that the kids have at this age, and capturing the magic of Easter as a family. Evite helps me manage my get togethers, from creating a guest list to creating the perfect invite. It doesn’t get any easier than typing in your information.
My favorite features are that I can get e-mail updates as guests reply, and also that I can send a reminder to guests. I can’t tell you how many times that has been so useful.
