Our family enjoys traveling, and one of our favorite parts of exploring is trying new foods. Japan is somewhere we would like to check out some day, but have not had the chance. Sakuraco features a variety of authentic Japanese snacks and goods. Each box delivers up to twenty traditional snacks, teas, and even tableware.

This summer, they featured Sakuraco’s Journey to Okinawa, with special regional treats.

We were excited when our beautiful Sakuraco box arrived.

Sakuraco is a carefully curated box of samples, and we enjoyed unboxing our treats!

The box comes with a booklet to guide you through the items that you have received. It really makes for a well rounded experience when you can read about each product.

There is quite a variety in the box, and since it was all in Japanese, it was exciting to explore.

It is nice to have the guide to explain what each item as, is most are entirely printed in Japanese.

Snacks like this were fun to check out, since it is really hard to tell from the bag what is inside. This was a salty, soy sauce flavor snack.

I think this was the only one I saw with English writing on the bag, and it was a very interesting combination of Gorgonzola cheese and seaweed.

I love this little dish, which we use for candies. It is truly a beautiful piece of art, and it is nice to have something that is a keepsake from the box.

I enjoyed the tea that was included in the box, as that is a wonderful part of Japanese tradition.

The ube cookie was delicious! One of my favorites in the box.

There were some other tasty sweets in the box.

There are lots of great options for subscriptions and themes from Sakuraco as well as Tokyo Treat. I can’t wait to try another!
