We have been a fan of the Anna Dewdney “Llama Llama” book series for years, and I love seeing that there is a holiday edition on DVD!

We started the book series when my daughter had anxiety about going to preschool, and there is a Llama Llama about learning to go to school on his own, so this series is near and dear to our hearts.

Llama Llama Springs to life in these heart-warming tales based on the award-winning book series by author and illustrator Anna Dewdney. Celebrate the holidays with Llama Llama, Nelly Gnu, Luna Giraffe, Euclid Sheep, and Gilroy Goat as they give gifts, sing songs, and build snow sculptures. It’s a very Merry Christmas indeed!

The Merry Christmas Llama Llama DVD is a fun movie for kids to watch and get excited for the holidays. My toddlers love Llama Llama and his friends, including Nelly Gnu, Luna Giraffe, Euclid Sheep, and Gilroy Goat. It is recommended for kids ages 4-8, and it is a nice accompaniment to the Llama Llama books that we have.

With a runtime of 30 minutes, this is a good, quick movie to put on to enjoy together or for kids to pass the time while you are doing some holiday prep. It works well with younger children’s shorter attention spans. This was a good one to add to our holiday library!
