I remember when my children were born and I wanted to introduce a variety of music to them at a very young age. We have always wanted to expose them to different languages as well, and I wish Cántale A Tu Bebé had been around when my kids were little!
Cántale A Tu Bebé was created by GRAMMY winning musicians and authors Cathy Fink and Marcy Marxer, who collaborated with singers Sonia De Los Santos and Jorge Anaya on this album.
In 2011, Cathy and Marcy published a picture book titled “Sing to Your Baby”. Inspired by its success and awards, the duo created the Spanish edition of the book with accompanying music, which is how Cántale A Tu Bebé came to be.
The songs are sung in different ranges so that both moms, dads, and other caregivers can easily sing along, and include:
Love Is What I Feel You For / Amor Es Lo Que Siento por Ti
Little Bitty Boat / Barquito
Baby’s Got a Giggle / Cómo Se Rie Me Bebé
Pretty Little Baby / Mi Pequeñito
Rockin’ My Baby / Mecer a Me Bebé
Along with the Cántale A Tu Bebé album comes a 32 page illustrated book to help facilitate parents and other caregivers to sing to little ones.
This CD is available September 15, 2017, a perfect time to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month!

Oh my gosh, that is super cute. I used to sing to my daughter all the time when she was a baby. I LOVE stuff like this.
Our entire family love music. From the second my kiddos have been born We have had some kind of music playing in our house. This is such a cute book. I bet that my kiddos would still like this book.
I am always looking for new music to share with my kiddos. I would love to win a copy of Cántale A Tu Bebé, which would be perfect for car rides!
I think it is so important that kids are exposed to a variety of different types of music. This would be a great one to give our neighbor, they just had a little girl.
That sounds great for anyone with babies or very young toddlers. When my kids were that age, we used to sing to them all the time. We didn’t do it well, but we did do it. LOL
i learned 10 ways babies learn when we sing
start the kids with music immediately.
