The ingredients for preparing this soup are as follows: Two tablespoons of peanut oil, one cup of chopped onion, one large garlic clove, two teaspoons of fresh ginger, one and a half teaspoons of ground turmeric, one and a half teaspoons of curry powder, a teaspoon of cayenne pepper, one teaspoon of ground coriander, six cups of chicken broth, three potatoes, one sweet potato, one cup of peanut butter, three tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, two and a half teaspoons of soy sauce, three cups of Napa cabbage and fourteen ounces of coconut milk. To prepare this soup, heat the peanut oil in low to medium heat. Add the onions, ginger, and garlic and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the turmeric, curry, coriander, cayenne and cook. Stir it for about 2 minutes to create a broth. While it cooks, add peanut butter in a bowl and add in a cup of the cooking soup. Put in some lemon juice and soy sauce as well. Next, put the mixture back into the cooking soup and let it cook for 5 minutes. Lastly, add and stir the cabbage and coconut milk until it is fully heated. You may add seasoning to meet your taste.
