Visiting the Mayan Riviera with Kids: Our Mexico Road Trip Itinerary
We have visited the Mayan Riviera several times, and here is an example of one of our tripe where we drove to different places in the Yucatan.
Day 1 (Monday)
Arrive in Cancun (3:20pm) Take shuttle to pick up rental car (Jeep) at Avante Rent-a-Car
Drive to Cancun hotel zone and check in to Fiesta Americana Villas Walk to Tacos Rigo for dinner & shop at Chedraui (similar to Walmart)
Day 2 (Tuesday)
Enjoy our morning Fiesta Americana Villas (swimming & beach)
Lunch at Burger Stop, Playa del Carmen
Drive to Aldea Zama Condos (Air BNB rental), Tulum
Swim at the condo
Dinner at Papaya Pizza, Tulum

What an incredible vacation! I’ve been there but not with kids. I bet they would have a blast especially ziplining!
