My kids love Valentine’s Day, but often it is focused on sweets and I find can be a source of stress.  My daughter is allergic to peanuts and so I have to be vigilant about what she eats – and even when we find peanut-safe treats, they are usually loaded with food dyes and other artificial ingredients.  For years I have struggled with finding safe, natural products that I could feel good about giving to my kids, and YumEarth makes it easy.

YumEarth has a line of sweets that are all natural, so there are no worries about artificial colors, artificial flavors, etc.  They are gluten-free, fat-free, dairy-free, soy-free, GMO-free, peanut-free, tree-nut free and have no synthetic dyes or flavors, and no high-fructose corn syrup.  I consider myself a label-reader, and YumEarth is a such a relief!

The YumEarth gummy bears has a great list of all natural ingredients!

Organic brown rice syrup, organic cane sugar, gelatin, natural flavors, organic fruit juice (apple and/or pear, black carrot, pomegranate, aronia), citric acid, ascorbic acid, organic sunflower oil, organic carnauba wax.

My kids have tried quite a few YumEarth items and they always like them.  So not only am I relieved to find products that don’t involve artificial ingredients, the kids like these candies just as much as any other candy!

The individual packs are so convenient, whether you use them for Valentine treats, or pop one in a lunchbox.  Because these are nut-free, I know I can send them in to school and all the kids can enjoy them, as they are safe for our food allergy kids.  (Always read labels to be sure!)

The gummy bears come in a variety of flavors, which are all delicious – Pomegranate Pucker, Strawberry Smash, Mango Tango and Perfectly Peach!

These gummies are great for Valentine’s Day, and year-round.  Happy Valentine’s Day!
