We recently went to a concert in Charlotte, North Carolina, so we decided to stop at SEA LIFE Charlotte-Concord Aquarium at Concord Mills during the day. SEA LIFE is attached to a large mall, and it was a convenient location.

I bought passes ahead of time, which was convenient. I scanned my tickets when we arrived and we were good to go. Our tickets were about $19 each which I thought was a good deal.

The entrance to SeaLife is inside the mall. There is plenty of parking here since it is located in the mall.

There are many types of exhibits here, like the Tropical Ocean exhibit, Sea Turtle Rescue Center, Stingray Bay, Jellyfish exhibit, etc.

We enjoyed seeing the different varieties of fish and marine life, and the designs and lighting were all very well done too.

I thought the whole aquarium was also very family friendly, as far as the design and appeal for all ages.

We enjoyed the touch tanks and being able to interact and learn about some marine life.

The jellyfish exhibit was very visually interesting, and you could change the colors of the lights in the tank.

We really liked the tunnel here. You can see fish, sharks, rays, etc swimming all around you. It is a nice place to hang out and watch the sea life, and a neat place to take pictures as well.

I like seeing seahorses, and it was a neat exhibit.

Along with other family friendly exhibits, the Doodle Reef was a neat spot for kids to design their own aquatic animals.

We had fun at SeaLife, and it was larger and more interesting than I thought it would be. There was a great variety of exhibits and plenty to explore. It was easy to get to, and we did some shopping afterwards in the mall. It is not far from Charlotte, so we were able to go as part of our trip to Charlotte.
