Being a busy mom and running my own business can be stressful. At the end of a long day, I try to figure out the best ways to relax and unwind. Usually this means watching some TV, lounging with my daughter, and sipping tea.
Adagio has every kind of tea you can imagine, so I was happy to sample their Pillow Time Teas, which includes four blends for promoting relaxation. There are plenty of other options, like oolong chai, earl gray, green tea, and more.
In addition to wanting to wind down, I find myself sensitive to caffeine lately, so it is nice to have a selection of teas such as rooibos that is caffeine free. I like having options that won’t keep me up or feel jittery.

From Adagio:
Whether you’re settling in for the night or just looking to relax, our caffeine-free collection is sure to add comfort to your cup. Cozy up with some of our soothing favorites, guaranteed to lull you into a sense of serenity. Total weight 2.0 oz, makes 25 cups. This set contains four sample sizes of loose tea.
It has been nice sampling these caffeine free blends. I also like loose teas, as I am avoiding extra packaging and microplastics. I use a stainless tea strainer for brewing this tea.

This set includes the following caffeine free blends:
Chamomile
A beloved herb from Egypt’s Nile River Valley. The aroma of freshly cut apples, calming floral-sweet flavor.
I love simple chamomile tea, and I even enjoy the experience of steeping the chamomile blossoms.
Peppermint
A native of the Mediterranean, revered for its cool, crisp aroma, deeply fresh flavor, and smooth finish.
Peppermint tea is such a versatile tea for me, either something to make me feel refreshed or for when it is time to wind down. It smells wonderful and is a lovely tea not just for evenings, but any time of day. This is a great anytime caffeine-free tea.
40 winks
One cup before bed makes for an ideal way to unwind and lull yourself into a deep slumber.
Ingredients: valerian root, honeybush tea, chamomile flowers, spearmint leaves, lavender, lemon balm, passion flowers, cherries & blue cornflowers
The 40 winks blend is very interesting, and I have never had anything with valerian root in it. This one has an interesting scent to it since it is a unique combination of herbs, and definitely helps to promote relaxation.

Rooibos vanilla
Rich vanilla and sweet, lightly fruity Rooibos herb. Warm sugar cookies, mellow flavor, smooth finish.
I love rooibos, and the combination of the vanilla with the rooibos makes it quite relaxing.
Why does this make nighttime feel way more appealing than it actually is 😭 Tea, comfy pillows, lights low… yeah I’m sold. You always share the good cozy finds. This is going straight on my “wind down better” list.
I only drink tea before bed, so these are perfect for me. Adiago makes great tea blends.
I loved how you turned something as simple as a cup of tea into a cozy, intentional moment of calm at the end of a busy day with your family. Your experience with the caffeine-free blends like chamomile, peppermint, and rooibos vanilla makes these teas feel like a gentle ritual for unwinding without the jitters. This post really captures the comfort of slowing down with a warm mug and mindful relaxation.
Just the name has me wanting to try their teas! They offer great flavours, I would love to try these!
This would make a great gift for my Mom and will be checking it out. I do love and enjoy a good cup of tea! The flavors sound so yummy too 🙂
I haven’t had loose tea before. It’s been a while since I’ve even had a glass of iced tea. Mint tea used to be one of my favorites because you didn’t need to add sugar or anything else to it.
I love tea! I drink it often when I’m cold or when I’m sick. It always helps.
I used to drink way too much coffee during the day before realizing that chamomile helps my brain shut off. Valerian root has a distinct earthy scent but it really helps when work stress lingers too late.
I am a fan of herbal teas. We have a sleep blend at home which the kids also love. That roobias vanilla one sounds lovely though!
Peppermint is always a go to for me if I’m having a warm tea (which I don’t have too often). This sounds like a lovely set ton try x
I am a sucker for good tea and herbal ones. I love having a good cup every evening. I can’t wait to test out Adagio, it is great that they’re including four different types, this is awesome.
This looksl ike such a soothing brand. I am chronically stressed, so this would be perfect for me.
I have never heard of this brand, but I’m always looking to try new tea blends! I can’t wait to grab some Adagio herbal teas!
Thank you so much for recommending the Adagio pillow time teas. Got to get the Peppermint tea for myself.
40 Winks sounds like a fantastic flavor for me – something a bit different. This box sounds like it has a good variety of teas in it.
