I drink tea every day, and I enjoy winding down the day with a relaxing cup of tea. I will usually drink just about any decaffeinated tea, but I do also enjoy teas that have relaxing qualities, especially after a long day. Here are some of my favorites!

Chamomile
Chamomile is perhaps one of the most well-known herbal teas for relaxation. It has a mild taste, and contains antioxidants and has mild sedative properties, making it an excellent choice for winding down before bedtime.
Lavender

Valerian

I love a good cup of tea and many of the ones you listed are my favorite. I find Lavendar & Chamomile to be really relaxing for me.
I’m a huge fan of Valerian root tea. I enjoy a cup in the evening for helping with sleep and relaxation.
I read the title and thought of Chamomile. Glad it made the cut, that one is my favorite when it’s time to relax.
I am obsessed with the Lemon Balm. It help me to keep clam. The lemon flavour is just amazing.

I need tea to help calm my mind and body also to reduce stress as I am working in a very stressful environment. Also, that will help me unwind after a long day and will prepare me for a goodnight sleep. What kind of tea will you recommend?

I love my herbal teas too. I have made linden tea once before and I have also tried passionflower. I would be interested to give the lavender tea a try and see how that tastes, I have only ever had lavender cookies before.
