We all know that eating fruits and vegetables produces benefits for our health, but this habit must always be linked to a lifestyle beyond these foods; such as physical exercise or less consumption of alcohol and ultra-processed products (the less, the better, knowing that it is the best option).
For this reason, I encourage you to start considering the tips that I propose as an improvement in your lifestyle from this moment on .
Healthy habits in your diet and physical activity:
- Create adhesion
Do not impose a “diet” as if it were a punishment . Be persevering with your diet and adhere to it in the medium term; you will get the desired result in a natural and healthy way. Keep in mind that the results or consequences are not seen right away, but they start in our body from day one.
- Maintain a healthy weight “Without obsessing”
Make between 3 and 5 meals a day , adjusting what you eat to your profile and needs; It will allow you to maintain a healthy and stable weight.

Increase the consumption of fruits, vegetables, legumes, eggs, whole grains and nuts. Also, try to eat fish at least 3 times a week.
- Drink more (hydration)
Drink 5 glasses of water a day ; It is not necessary to reach 2 liters, but it is important to stay hydrated.

Eliminate the consumption of energy-dense foods that are poor in micronutrients such as: soft drinks, commercial juices, chocolate, ice cream or pastries .
- Improve the quality of your diet
Eliminate energy consumption that comes from low-quality fats and/or dubious origins and uses extra virgin olive oil as the main source of fats when cooking.
- Limit salt intake
Limit salt intake and preferably use iodized salt .
