This is the leading cause of diarrhea not only in dogs but also in human and in other creatures. This is because the body has a very high component of water, and once a dog drinks dirty water, this will definitely be problematic.

What better is there to cause poisoning or illness than through the food? As much as food is essential it can be used against the body at any moment. If you realize that your dog is sickly and in this case diarrhea you can check on the food and also look at the hygiene of the feeding place.
