I received outfits from Crazy 8 in exchange for my honest review.
As usual, the holidays have snuck up on me and it is time to get planning. One of the things I love about having kids is how fun it makes the holidays, and the excitement that comes with the season. We love getting in the holiday spirit, from decorating to baking to wearing seasonal clothes.
My kids are big fans of Crazy 8, so they were excited to find some fun clothes for the season. Crazy 8 has plenty of styles to choose from, and while the kids do dress up for things like the Nutcracker and holiday events, we wanted some comfy, warm, and casual looks that the kids could enjoy at school and some pieces they could wear all the way through winter (which for us, winter weather could easily be through April)!
As soon as I saw this alpaca shirt, I knew it would be perfect for my older daughter. I love how festive it is, and paired with the Faux Fur Puffer Vest, it is a perfect wintry combination. She has warned me not to get her anything too “cutesy”, and I appreciate how much Crazy 8 styles have grown with us, from adorable toddler clothing up through “cool” outfits in the tween years.
This outfit is, well.. cute (don’t tell her I said so!) – but also practical, as the vest is great for our long, very cold winters.
I love the cozy feel of the whole outfit and the bling on the alpaca. What really caught my eye was the linen type fabric of the puffer vest, which is unlike any other puffy vest or jacket we have owned.
My kids are obsessed – just obsessed – with these Pom-Pom ponyholders! They come in a variety of colors and they are so easy to add a little something to any outfit, whether you are dressing up or staying casual. We use these for ponytails and braids, which keep their hair out of their face, and it is always fun to have a hair accessory.
My younger daughter’s favorite color is purple, and I knew she would look adorable in this orchid Sparkle Reindeer top. This shirt combines so many great things – a beautiful orchid color, some glittery shine, and a cute animal!
I love the details on the Floral Ruffle Skirt, like the diagonal ruffle across the front. Not only is the fabric incredibly soft, but it has a stretchy waistband. And what is a good wintry outfit without cable tights! You’re sure to find my daughter sprinting in her skirt, because, well, that’s what she does, especially when comfy clothes allow her to be herself.
We also chose some other cute accessories to go with the girl’s outfits, like this cute headband and some earrings. I love that you can outfit your kids from head to toe at Crazy 8, from shoes to jewelry, and shirts to winter jackets.
With so many tops and bottoms at Crazy 8, it is easy to mix and match with tops, skirts, leggings for lots of different looks. This shirt easily goes with their jeggings or denim, black leggings, winter vests, and more.
