1. Daiquiri


• 60 ml of white rum;

• 30 ml lime juice;

• 1 teaspoon sugar syrup;

• 200 g of crushed ice.


Pour rum, lime juice, and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker. Add ice, cover, and shake until cool. Strain into a chilled glass.

2. Pornstar Martini


• 2 Passion fruit.

• 60 ml. – Vanilla Vodka

• 15 ml. – Passoa Liqueur

• 15 ml. – Vanilla syrup

• 15 ml. – Lime juice

• 60 ml. – Brut Champagne

• Martini glass and Scotch


Wash and cut the passion fruit in half. Using a spoon, add the seeds and pulp from the 3 passion fruit halves to the shaker, we leave one half for decoration.

Add the remaining four ingredients except for champagne to a shaker with ice and whisk.

Filter into a chilled cocktail glass (double strafe, for the seeds and pulp). Garnish with half a passion fruit on top, serve with a shot of champagne.

To use, make alternate sips together with champagne. A pornstar martini is ready!

3. Manhattan


• 50 ml bourbon;

• 25 ml red vermouth;

• 1 ml of angostura;

• 200 g ice cubes;

• 1 cocktail cherry.


Pour bourbon, vermouth, and angostura into a cocktail shaker and shake. Put the ice cubes in a glass, and then strain the mixture from the shaker into it. Decorate the cocktail with a cherry.

4. Bloody Mary


• 380 g ice cubes;

• 120 ml of tomato juice;

• 50 ml of vodka;

• 10 ml lemon juice;

• 1 ml tabasco sauce;

• 1 ml worcestershire sauce;

• 1 g of salt;

• 1 g black pepper;

• 1 stalk of celery.


Fill the glass with ice cubes in half. Mix tomato juice, vodka, lemon juice, tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper and the remaining ice in a shaker. Stir until cool, and then strain into a glass with ice cubes. Decorate the finished cocktail with a celery stalk.

5. Blue Lagoon


• 200 g ice cubes;

• 50 ml of vodka;

• 20 ml of blue curacao;

• 150 ml Sprite;

• 1 slice of pineapple.


Fill a tall glass with ice cubes half full. Pour vodka and liqueur into it, and then fill the Sprite glass to the top and gently stir. Decorate the finished cocktail with a slice of pineapple.

6. Pina colada


• 30 ml of white rum;

• 90 ml pineapple juice;

• 30 ml coconut milk;

• 50 g ice cubes;

• 1 slice of pineapple or cocktail cherry.


Mix rum, pineapple juice, coconut milk, and ice in a blender. Pour into a glass and decorate the finished cocktail with a slice of pineapple or cherry.

7. Margaret


• 50 ml of tequila;

• 25 ml triple sec;

• 10 ml of sugar syrup;

• 30 ml lime juice;

• 200 g ice cubes;

• 2 g of salt;

• 1 slice of lime.


Pour tequila, triple sec, sugar syrup, and lime juice into a shaker, and then add ice cubes to them. Stir until cool. Make a strip of salt on the edge of the glass and pour the mixture from the shaker into it. Decorate the finished cocktail with a slice of lime.
