Try and have a big declutter and only pack items that you think you will use or need in your new home. You can do it gradually, a room at a time and sort into keep, maybe and throw piles.

As time passes, things can go wrong in your home that you might be able to turn a blind eye to, but won’t help your house to sell. Take time to touch up the paintwork and to fix any loose screws or handles on cupboards and doors.
