Seafood contains essential fatty acids, omega 3’s, which plays a vital role in developing the nervous system, vision, and brain. But it is not everyone’s cup of tea as many cannot tolerate the fishy smell. I also found seafood not delectable when I was younger due to the same reason.

Nonetheless, you need to include fish in your diet to live a healthy life. You can even have it for breakfast if you make shrimp and grits. Therefore, my mother started to cook meals with milder flavored fishes. She cooked in a certain way that made the fish delicious and also retained the nutrition value.

So if you are a picky eater like me, do not worry; I’ve got your back. Today I will share the top 5 easy and appealing seafood recipes of my mother with you. Without any delay, let’s get started.
