My kids love popsicles, so we like to get creative with different flavors. After having a kid’s pina colada and loving it, my daughter suggested making pina colada popsicles at home. These are super easy to make and very tasty!
Ingredients
~ Yogurt (I used fat free Stonyfield Farms French vanilla)
~ Pina colada concentrate (I used a frozen pina colada mix)
Directions
Mix the pina colada mix into the yogurt.
I tasted it periodically to see how strong I wanted the flavor. You could use different yogurts (like plain unsweetened) and different pina colada mixes. The one we used (in the photo above) was a bit chunky, and my younger daughter complained about the ‘bits’ in her popsicle and refused to eat it, so that is something to take into consideration.
Once you have mixed your yogurt and pina colada concentrate to taste, pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
Enjoy!
