It is important for me to take a multivitamin every day.  I try to eat a healthy, well-balanced diet, but that doesn’t always happen, and I want to make sure I get a wide range of nutrients.  Rainbow Light has a great selection of vitamins for all ages, including the perfect vitamin for my husband and I – a Men’s One and Women’s One!

Rainbow Light Multivitamins

My women’s multivitamin is specifically designed for a woman’s needs.  And my husband’s is designed for him.  This way I know we are supplementing our day with nourishment, whether we are having an “ideal” day, or one where we work long hours, don’t necessarily eat healthy, or get enough sleep (or all of the above!).

Contains essential vitamins, minerals, foods and herbs in optimal potencies to nourish, protect and address women’s specific daily health needs. 200 mg of calcium support strong bones and teeth, plus 800 IU of vitamin D3, 100 mg of magnesium and 100 mcg of vitamin K promote calcium absorption, and bone, breast and immune health.* Antioxidants including 5,000 IU of vitamin A, 120 mg of vitamin C and 30 IU of vitamin E promote skin, eye and immune health, and metabolism, plus potent vitamin B complex promotes energy and brain health, and stress management.*

Rainbow Light Multivitamins

What I love about this multivitamin is that it is gentle on my stomach.  A lot of multis I have tried make me feel sick, even when I take it with food, which is frustrating.  If you have ever felt nauseous from taking a vitamin, it is pretty intense!  I was a little nervous with this being a “One a Day” formula, since those seem to often be the worst for me, but I can trust that this vitamin doesn’t upset my stomach.

I consider myself a label-reader, and I am surprised at just how many supplements are loaded with junk.  But with Rainbow Light I know I don’t have to worry – my multivitamin is gluten-free, sugar-free, lactose-free, dairy-free, wheat free and yeast-free, and contains no artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, preservatives or additives.

I have tried to come up with a good system to remind my husband and I to take our multivitamins daily.  I put one out every morning so that I remember to take it with breakfast.  (Or take it with me for when I get around to breakfast!)

Rainbow Light Multivitamins

If the Men’s or Women’s multivitamin doesn’t fit your needs, Rainbow Light has other formulas, such as prenatals, a children’s or teen’s multi, and a vitamin for adults 50+, just to name a few – plus a wide range of supplements!

I love those! I supplement everyday, but I’ve never really thought about where those vitamins and minerals come from. Thanks!

That sounds great! I just recently started thinking about where my vitamins come from and how they’re manufactured. I’ll be giving Rainbow Light vitamins a try.

I know I need to take vitamins, I am clearly not eating what I should to get nutrients. Love the idea of checking out this new brand Rainbow Light. I honestly hadn’t seen it before!

This is the brand I just bought for our teens. It really seems to be helping their skin!
