Klamath Blue Green Algae Supplement (**GIVEAWAY**)

Klamath Blue Green Algae

This product was provided free of charge in exchange for an honest review.

I am always looking for ways to eat healthier, have a more balanced diet, and be healthier.  Although I try to eat healthy – like eat fresh foods, take vitamins, and add superfoods to green smoothies, I try to find easy ways to incorporate other sources of nutrition.  Klamath Blue Green Algae from BRI Nutriton is a great superfood packed with nutrition, from vitamins to minerals and protein.

Klamath Blue Green Algae

The Klamath Blue Green Algae is a good source of protein, with about 6 grams in each 100-gram serving. Its protein content includes all the essential amino acids, making it a complete source of these important nutrients. A 100-gram serving also contains about 2 grams of carbohydrates and almost no fat. With only 26 calories in each serving, spirulina is a naturally low-calorie food. It also provides modest amounts of several important minerals, including calcium, iron, potassium and magnesium, as well as small amounts of zinc and phosphorus. The algae also contain vitamins A, C, E and several of the B vitamins, including thiamin, riboflavin, vitamin B-6 and folate.

This algae is grown in Klamath Lake, and sourced right in in the US.  It is natural, no fillers or artificial ingredients.

I started taking this supplement at one capsule a day, which is recommended so that your body won’t experience any stomach upset and will adjust to this product.  Even when I increased my daily amount, I had no issues.

Klamath Blue Green Algae

The Blue Green Algae comes in capsules that are easy to swallow.  What I love about this supplement is how easy it is to take it on a daily basis.  As much as I love making green smoothies and adding things like spirulina, I don’t have the time for that every day, plus I am left with a messy blender to clean up.  How much easier does it get than taking a few capsules a day?

So what are the benefits of Blue Green Algae?  Aside from all the nutrition that it offers, there are many other health benefits, such as detox, weigh loss, increasing energy, helping fight diabetes, and more.  This is such a great way to add a superfood to your diet.
