I am always looking for ways to eat healthier and add more nutrition to my diet. Although I make healthy smoothies every morning, and I add nutritional items to my smoothies (chia seeds, flax seeds, ginger, etc), I hadn’t considered trying spirulina. I really had no idea just how many benefits that spirulina has to offer.
