I love making smoothies for breakfast, but also for a refreshing treat. This has been a great smoothie to make when I have peaches that ripen quickly and get a little mushy, so they go great in a smoothie.
~ 1 peach
~ 1 banana
~ approx. half dozen strawberries (I use frozen)
~ 1.5 to 2 cups milk (I use coconut or almond milk)
Add all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth!
For an added health boost, add a small handful of spinach, chia seeds, etc.
