Greek Dip

This is a delicious, versatile dip that is easy to make.  I love this combinations of herbs and it really goes well with lots of different things.  You can use it as a veggie dip or with a thinly sliced baguette, to crackers and more.

We like to make this dip at the end of the summer, when herbs are plentiful in the garden.

Thyme

We even grow our own garlic at home! Nothing beats freshly picked herbs and homegrown garlic.

This Greek Dip is easy to prepare for parties and serve with whatever you like.

Ingredients

– 1/2 cup Feta cheese
– 1/2 cup mayo
– 1/4 cup cream cheese
– 1-2 cloves garlic
– 1/4 teaspoon of each: oregano, dill, thyme, basil

Directions

Blend ingredients until smooth in a food processor.

Serve with bread slices, crackers, or vegetables. Some of my favorites are sourdough bread and Stone Wheat Thins.

This dip be saved in the fridge for several days.

Enjoy!
