Marika ~ Women’s Activewear and Yoga Clothing

Marika, a division of Rock Fit, LLC, is the company’s original fitness brand and remains focused on multi-sport active wear while their Balance Collections feature yoga, fitness and lifestyle apparel.

As fitness trends change and women demand more from their clothing,  Rock Fit products continue to evolve, satisfying the active woman’s contemporary lifestyle.

Exceptionally capable, sensibly fashionable, resoundingly feminine. Marika is the company’s namesake brand focusing mainly on multi-sport performance active wear. By combining fitness basics, technical fabrications, and functional fashion pieces with lifestyle elements, the Marika brand has remained popular for over 25 years.

My time in the gym (or working out in general) is definitely limited in time with a 2 and 4 year old always nipping at my heels.  The time that I do get to spend working out, I must admit, I feel good but HATE the clothes I workout in.  8 year old yoga pants and a t-shirt is not the most flattering when you are trying to run next to a girl who obviously does triathlons for fun!

I was SOOOOOO excited to receive a top and pant from Marika.  I had not heard of this brand, but was very surprised that I hadn’t. Extremely high quality and stylish, I feel as if this could rival other high end retail brands that are prevalent in fitness.

I received the matching Extreme Wonder Layered Tek Tank and the Extreme Wonder Pieced Capri pants.   I was excited to go to the gym wearing this outfit!  Even my husband was a bit jealous when I showed him my new workout clothes…..and he even asked where his new clothes were!

Some of my favorite things that I enjoyed about this clothing:

  • Comfort Fitting – perfect for high impact workouts
  • Stylish
  • CoolMax lining helped keep the sweat away from my skin
  • Padded and removable built in sports bra cups in a vibrant yellow color
  • Jaquard Mesh body
  • Cross Fitness – I can wear this running or to my yoga class!
The only thing about this outfit is that I wish the top was a bit more form fitting, but that was my only critique.
So here is me in the activewear:

I would so highly recommend this line of fitness apparel to anyone, whether they be a beginner or the triathalon athlete that does it for fun!  High quality and durable for long wear, the Marika Fitness line has my vote!

Good for you! You look so strong (and flexible)! I love those pants. Perfect for a great workout! Thanks for sharing!

  2. 2

I love how modern and feminine the pieces are! Sometimes I feel like athletic wear is a bit “boxy” or something – definitely not the case with these!

  3. 3

That is awesome! Those pants look so comfortable!!!!

First of all Holy Cow you are one flexible momma. I would break something if I tried those yoga poses. Secondly that outfit looks so comfortable. I plan on getting into better shape this coming year so I will have to check these out. Thanks for sharing.

I am always on the lookout for activewear that is versatile. I never stick with one form of working out, and need clothes that will work for different activities. These seem great!

I love the look and feel of their stuff!

This is my first time hearing of Marika. That set is really cute. I would feel like I’ve done something amazing just putting it on. Even if I never worked out.

I need some comfortable work out clothes for myself! Thanks!

I haven’t heard of this brand before. I think the hoodie looks great. I kind of like that the top is loose, but in fairness I don’t run or do yoga but do understand why you’d like it to be more form fitting for those types of exercises.
