Looking for a tasty snack that also happens to be filled with healthy goodness?  Check out the line of chips from Food Should Taste Good.  With some varieties that you may have heard of and a few unique ones, there is something for everyone.

We were given four different varieties of tortilla chips to try, including Multigrain, Sweet Potato, Pumpkin and Kim Chi.  What a variety, and something we can appreciate in our gluten-free family.  To be fair and gather more information and opinions, I took these chips to a family gathering.

Multigrain

This package was the favorite amongst the group as a whole.  It was the first bag emptied and the most requested amongst the children.  It is almost like eating a cracker, only lighter.  Great crunch and great flavors.

Sweet Potato

This was my favorite of the choices.  The sweet potato flavor was not overwhelming, but subtle and pleasant.  And, mentally, I felt good for eating something that has two different listings for sweet potato in the ingredients.  Dried sweet potato and sweet potato are both listed.  Great crunch, great flavor!

Harvest Pumpkin

I was not sure what to expect with these.  They have a pumpkin flavor, but I expected them to be sweet and include a good dose of pumpkin pie spice.  Nope.  They are similar to the sweet potato chips.  The pumpkin flavor is there, but not boldly.  Great crunch, but not a favorite of any of this crowd.

Kim Chi

If you like flavors that light your lips on fire after a few chips, this is the bag for you.  Filled with unusual ingredients, the flavor is great, the crunch is great and the burn will get you.  One of the people who ate a handful of these came back for some of the sweet potato and multigrain chips to quell the fire in his mouth.  He said it builds over time.  What is funny is that he later went back and ate more of the Kim Chi variety…and finished the bag.
