Salba Chia makes it easy.  As easy as it is to use chia seeds, Salba Smart also offers a ground chia seed as well.  I have been making a lot of healthy smoothies lately, such as Kale-Strawberry and Kale-Banana.  I feel like I spend a many of my summer mornings chauffeuring the kids to programs, camps, and lessons, so sometimes I use a smoothie to get me through the morning.  The ground chia seeds add some richness to the smoothie that I do think helps me feel fuller a bit longer.  Plus, it is high in fiber and helps with digestion, so I get lots of great benefits even though I don’t have time to sit down to a real breakfast.

I have been making a lot of smoothies this summer, such as fruit+kale.  I simply sprinkle the ground chia on top of the smoothie in the blender, and blend it until mixed.

    we have cut down on processed foods and eating out as much as possible. I also eat nuts to help with snacking and curbing my appetite.

    Drink only water, walk 2-3 miles a day and eat lots of protein and fiber!

    i try to follow some of the concepts from the “Trim Healthy Mama” way of eating. I like homemade yogurt smoothies with frozen berries, stevia, lemon extract, and sometimes coconut oil and chia.

    I have been using My Fitness Pal to track calories and exercise.

    I find that drinking a glass of water before meals helps me to eat less. I also drink green juice for breakfast.

    Stay away from sugar and sugary drinks and drink only water! Lots of fruits and veggies too!

    I usually fill up on lots of protein and fiber to keep me full and keep hunger cravings away! Make a lot of smoothies too and would love to incorporate Salba Chia in them!

    I eat lots of veggies, beans, nuts+ seeds, and whole grains and stay away from processed foods.

    I mix kelp capsules with orange juice to promote better circulation.

    find an excercise you love, then it is easy to commit to fitness. hydrate lots, sometimes when you feel hungry you are really just thirsty. I try to eat locat fruits and veggies that are in season and limit my intake of red meat.

    I love to juice. I mix all veggies and fruits and juice them together. It actually tastes pretty good, carrots and pineapple makes it taste sweet.
