These Are My Friends CD (**GIVEAWAY**)

Alastair Moock is a performer with a sense of humor.  This collection of songs will have you and your children dancing and singing along, if you can stop giggling!  These Are My Friends has some classics, some mixed up classics and some new songs that will tickle your funny bone and delight your children!

Here is the lineup:

  1. These Are My Friends
  2. Feets Up
  3. Ladybugs’ Picnic
  4. Mail Myself to You
  5. Didn’t Know What I Was Missing
  6. CBAs and a Twinkle Baa
  7. Born To Dance
  8. Three Like Me
  9. Repete
  10. Yes Indeed
  11. A Scary Song
  12. From Me to You
  13. Green Green Rocky Road
  14.  A Twinkle Baa Reprise

My family loved Born to Dance, Repete and The Scary Song (which isn’t scary at all), but our favorite was CBAs and a Twinkle Baa.  Take a few nursery rhymes and familiar children’s songs, throw them in a blender and what you get is an adorable, mixed up song like CBAs and a Twinkle Baa.  If that wasn’t enough fun, wait until the very end where two small girls sing it again!  Adorable.  I found myself variously humming different songs from this album throughout the day (and the night), which makes it a hit in my book!

If you want to “try-it-before-you-buy-it”, head on over and take a listen.  If you like it, you can download a digital copy for $12.99 or order a physical copy for $15.  It will be released October 4th.

Plus you can check out his other children’s album “A Cow Says Moock”.  It is a NAPPA Gold Award Winner, Parents’ Choice Recommended, and A Boston Children’s Music Favorite Album of The Year.  Just the title indicates that it is full of fun-sounding songs, too!

If you like his children’s music, Mr. Moock has also produced several albums for grownups.  You can check them out here.  You can listen to songs from his “Fortune Street” album and make purchases online.  Currently, they are offering a Buy 3 Get 1 Free Deal.  This includes both his children’s albums and his grown-up albums.

I would encourage you to mosey on over and check out this music!  They say laughter is good medicine.  “These Are My Friends” definitely qualifies!
