1 qt heavy cream
1/2 cup parmesan
1 cup grated smoked gouda
1 t dried thyme
1/2 lb Hormel Cure 81 ham, diced
1 T white truffle oil
salt and pepper to taste
5 cups cooked pasta
- In a large pot, bring the cream to a low boil for 2 minutes.
- Whisk in all the remaining ingredients (except the oil and pasta).
- Simmer while constantly stirring for 2 minutes to thicken.
- Add pasta and simmer until coated and thickened.
- Remove from heat and drizzle with oil.
